Shin Ragu with Chestnut Mushrooms (GF)
This unctuous Beef & Mushroom Ragu is sourced from top quality local beef from one of our neighbouring farms. You might even spot the herd if you look down into the valley. The meat is slow cooked for 3 hours to create a tender and juicy stew, perfect for meat lovers and ideal when paired with pappardelle pasta and a grating of parmesan. It also works well with baked potatoes, rice, or even gluten free pasta.
