Chicken Tikka Masala
This dish is not generally served by top chefs due to a certain culinary snobism, despite it being a great combination of flavours. So we are championing the humble recipe which consists of marinated chicken in a medium spicy sauce. Of all the curries we could chose to cook, this one is always the most popular with its creamy sauce and the succulent meat. Serve with rice and poppadum, with an optional side of our Aubergine & Tamarind Curry if you wish.

Ingredients & Allergens
Chicken thighs, yoghurt (dairy), garlic, ginger, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, Kashmiri chilli powder, onion, tomato, sugar, cream (dairy), salt, pepper, sunflower oil.
Serving suggestion: Basmati rice, mango chutney, coriander.

Your order will be left in your Wern-y-Cwm holiday home kitchen ready for your arrival, either in the fridge, freezer or on the kitchen work surface.
Serving suggestions are not included with your order. The 'meal' will be supplied in a covered dish with warming instructions, where relevant. Our serving suggestions are to help with your shopping list and the styling of your order. The serving dishes are re-used and not included in the purchase.
